College and Career Endorsement areas:
Pathway Endorsements
The Postsecondary and Workforce Finance & Business Services
Readiness Act, adopted by the state of Information Technology
Illinois in 2016, established a voluntary Health Sciences
system for school districts to award
College and Career Readiness Pathway Environmental Science
Endorsements (CCPEs) to high school Human & Public Services
graduates. Endorsements signify that a Manufacturing,
student is ready to pursue Engineering, Technology &
postsecondary education or enter a Trades
career related to a CCPE industry area.
Arts & Communications
College and Career Pathway College Readiness Planning
Endorsements are based on a wide
range of careers that fall within each
endorsement area.
